Air Travel
The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest airport to the Gaylord Texan Hotel and less than a 10-minute drive away.
American Airlines is the official airline of the Agile2012 Conference. Purchase your ticket directly from American Airlines and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare.
The Promotion Code you will need to give to your meeting attendees is 6482AX. Please allow 1 hour for the code to be loaded for use on American Airlines.
When you and your guests need to make airline reservations, call American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Promotion Code or go online and choose More Flight Search Options and insert the promotion code in the appropriate box.
A Res service charge of $25.00 USD per ticket will apply for tickets purchased through American Airlines Reservations [telephone], subject to change. For airport purchase the service charge is $35.00 USD per ticket, subject to change. If purchase will be outside the US50/Canada, ticketing charge varies and will be in the currency of the country of purchase. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed online at American.
The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only. Itineraries involving any oneworld or codeshare partner airline must be booked through our Meeting Services Department at 800-433-1790 if calling from the US and Canada. International attendees should call their local American Airlines reservations number with the above Promotion code. A ticketing service fee will apply for reservations made via the phone or in person at an AA counter.
Passengers are responsible for all applicable baggage fees at time of travel. Please refer to American Airlines Baggage for current baggage allowance and fees and bag/box embargo information.
Shuttle Service to the Gaylord Texan
Gaylord Texan Hotel has partnered with Super Shuttle to provide an economical choice for airport transportation services in their familiar blue vans. Super Shuttle saves you money by sharing the ride with other passengers with a direct trip to the airport, with stops at each terminal being utilized by Gaylord Texan guests.
When taking Super Shuttle, please plan for a one-hour trip each way between the hotel and the airport. Upon arrival to the airport you must use the phones in Baggage Claim to call Super Shuttle for pickup.

- Love Field: $22 per person

Shuttles depart the front drive of the hotel daily between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The DFW shuttle departs every 20 minutes, and the Love Field shuttle departs on the hour during this time.
Taxi Service
Taxi service from the Dallas- Fort Worth International Airport to the Gaylord Texan Hotel is approximately $25, not including gratuity. Taxis can be found outside of the baggage claim area of each terminal or throughout the city.
Private Transportation Service
Private car service includes town cars, limousines, SUVs and 15-passenger vans. Private companies provide round trip or one-way transfers, meet and greet service, or curb side pick-up.

Parking at Gaylord Texan is $17 (plus tax) per day for overnight self-parking and $24 (plus tax) per day for overnight valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self-parking price.
